Communicate
- Set-up letters to be sent to members letting them know it is time to renew.
- For memberships with a fixed yearly period, it is better to schedule these manually each year so you can optimize when they are sent.
- For memberships that do not have a fixed period, it is best to set up 30, 60, 90 and after expiry letters and create recurring messages.
- In each letter, be sure to provide a link to the Renewal page on your website. You may also want to explain that they will need to login to renew
