User Access via DNA
Access to the virtual boardroom is controlled by the user groups in DNA. To access user groups, go to the Contacts section in DNA, then Contact Groups in the side menu:
DNA Group Management
Once you navigate to the Contact Group management screen, you can create categories of groups and then have as many groups you want in a category.
You may want to make a group category for your boardroom or you may want to use groups from many different categories. (See the article on creating and managing groups for more information.)
VBR Groups
Not all contact groups will be available to the VBR. To add a group to the VBR you need to open that group, click +Advanced Settings and then check the box that makes the group available to the VBR.
VBR Admins and Users
With your groups set-up and ready to be associated with a boardroom, you now are ready to configure your users. There are two types of users for the VBR:
Admins: contacts that are added to a special Admin group and have additional privileges, such as moderating posts.
Users: any contact who have been added to a group that is granted access to a specific boardroom.
To add a contact to a group, select the contact that needs to be added to the group, and go to the Groups section. Select the correct group and click add:
