Your website is a collection of web pages. Each website has a main menu, and quite often there are sub-pages as well. For example, a company may have the menu item services, which would then have several sub-pages describing the services offered.

Figure 2.1 shows a typical website with 2 levels of menus, or menu tiers. The menu for your website dictates the overall layout or flow of your website.
The Biz-Zone WPO uses your website’s navigation system for its own default navigation. You use the menu system for your website to access the pages you with to edit. With the example above, if you wanted to change a sub-page in services you would first click on the sub-menu link for services, and then you would click on the title for the page that you wanted to edit.

The left menu has the following options:
- Manage Web pages: Use this option to manage all the pages on your website. From here you will be able to add new pages, new folders, reorder pages and publish pages on to the internet. You may also view the sitemap and delete pages from here. For a detailed review of this option, refer to section 3.0
- Tools: Lists all the customized features like the photo gallery, member admin, events manager and so on available. This is a customized feature and depends entirely on your organizations needs. Some of the available tools include; photo gallery, event manager, job manager, members admin, virtual board room and so on. A detailed instructions of each tool are available on a separate manual
- Manage Documents: This option lets you upload files and view them. It also allows to manage files, that is, to rename, move or delete them For a detailed review of this option, refer to section 4.0
- Launch Association DNA: If you have also purchased Association DNA, Biz-Zone’s association management software solution, you can be launched it from within your WebPortal One installation. Dubbed "DNA," our new Association Management System (AMS) solution allows organizations to dynamically evolve their association, with little or no knowledge of web programming. Association DNA is founded on the contact and research modules, which provide a powerful way to do complex data mining using simple, point and click selections. For example, an organization can build a mailing list using data from multiple data tables, with business logic easily added in to determine how the results are selected. - Submit a support request: To contact Biz-zone, in case of an upgrade, bug report or any other concern that you may have, use this feature. For a detailed review of this option, refer to section 6.0
The right menu has the following:
- News and Alerts: We will occasionally post updates on significant alerts, usually related to viruses, spy wares and other vulnerabilities, as well as new features. For a detailed review of this option, refer to section 9.0
- Support Centre: To contact Biz-zone, in case of an upgrade, bug report or any other concern that you may have, use this feature. For a detailed review of this option, refer to section 6.0
Tools available on toolbar are as follows:
- Home: Takes you to home page of WPO or the main interface of WPO. The home page of the WPO is set to display the Manage Webpages. For a detailed review of this option, refer to section 3.0
- Pages List: All the pages including sub-pages are listed here. The options available are the same as on Home page and the Manage Webpages. For a detailed review of this option, refer to section 3.0
- Templates: This feature lets you manage site wide variables and templates for your organizations website. For a detailed review of this option, refer to section 3.0
- Tools: Lists all the customized features like the photo gallery, member admin, events manager and so on available.

- Administration: This tool lets you manage user access, modules and also manager access.
- Logout: This option logs you out of the WPO.
